Processing Time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods

• Single item orders are shipped via Box Now parcel lockers for fast, convenient pickup.
• Multiple item orders are shipped via ACS Courier for direct delivery.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery method.

Delivery Area
We currently ship within Greece only.

Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.

Delays
While we aim to meet our stated processing and delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to courier volume, weather, or public holidays. We appreciate your patience.
